You can also pay directly through the bank application or at the bank’s cash desk, for this you need to write to our manager in Instagram, WhatsApp or gmail and you will be provided with payment details (IBAN).

Delivery cost depends on the weight of the parcel and the country of the recipient. Delivery is calculated automatically when adding a country in the Shopping Cart.

After you have placed an order in KERATIN EUROPA online store, you automatically receive an invoice to the e-mail address you specified when placing the order. If you pay by details, the invoice is also provided to the e-mail after payment.

After you have placed an order on the website, your parcel is formed for shipment. Delivery is carried out by the transportation company DHL or DPD.

You will receive a notification with a tracking number to track your parcel to the e-mail address you entered when placing your order. If your parcel was sent by DHL, you will receive a notification from the shipping company, where you can track the parcel by the tracking number, as well as change the address to the point or time of delivery, if it is not convenient for you to wait for the courier on the day of delivery. If the delivery address is incorrect and the parcel is returned, the recipient pays for the re-delivery.
