Payment Terms

We offer several convenient and secure payment methods:

1. Payment by Credit Card
   You can pay for your order using Visa or MasterCard. This is a fast and secure payment method.Advantages:
   • Instant payment confirmation.
   • Suitable for international clients.
2. Payment via PayPal
   Pay through PayPal — fast and secure. There is also an option to pay after receiving the goods.Advantages:
   • Option to pay immediately or later.
   • Buyer protection from PayPal.
3. Payment via Klarna
   Klarna allows you to pay for your order in one month or split the payment into three parts.Advantages:
   • Interest-free installment payments.
   • Option to pay in one month.
4. Payment via iDEAL (for clients in the Netherlands)
   A convenient method for clients in the Netherlands — direct transfer through your banking app.Advantages:
   • Instant payment confirmation.
   • No need to enter card details.
5. Direct payment via PayPal or bank transfer by invoice
   For corporate clients, payment by invoice is available. Contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp (contacts at the bottom of the website).Advantages:
   • Ability to receive an official invoice for your accounting.

Invoice for Accounting

Regardless of the payment method chosen, you will always receive an invoice, which can be used for accounting purposes. Corporate clients should provide their VAT number when placing an order.

Tax Exemption with a Valid VAT Number

If you have a valid VAT number, VAT will be deducted from the total amount of your order. Enter your VAT number in the appropriate field on the checkout page, and the system will automatically recalculate the total without VAT.

Tax Conditions for Clients in the Netherlands

All clients located in the Netherlands are required to pay VAT but can reclaim it through tax authorities.

Delivery Terms

We provide fast delivery throughout Europe and beyond.

Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium

• Netherlands: Delivery within one business day.
• Belgium: Delivery takes 1–2 business days.

Delivery to Other European Countries

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (local time) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. We would also like to inform our valued clients that shipping is not available on Saturdays and Sundays as our staff takes a break. Shipping will resume on Monday, and we will be happy to ship your orders again.

Delivery times by country:

• Spain: 4–5 business days.
• Italy: 5 business days.
• Germany: 2 business days.
• Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: 6 business days.
• France: 3 business days.

Delivery to the United Kingdom

For clients in the United Kingdom, VAT will be automatically deducted from the total at checkout, but clients will be required to pay customs duties and VAT upon receiving the package, in accordance with UK law.

Delivery Outside of Europe

For clients outside the European Union, additional customs duties and taxes may apply. All customs-related costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Pickup Point Delivery Option

When placing an order on our website, in the order notes section, you can indicate that you would like your package to be delivered to a pickup point near your home. Our system will automatically check the nearest pickup location, and we will send your package there. This is a convenient way to receive your order at your convenience.

Self-Pickup for Clients in the Netherlands

If you are located in the Netherlands, you have the option to pick up your order in person. Our pickup point is located in Rotterdam. When placing an order, select the ‘Pickup’ delivery option.
Please note: When choosing self-pickup, consultation services are not available at the warehouse.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the status and location of your package.
