Cold Recovery Felps Professional SOS Reconstruction is a product that works at the molecular level and is designed to treat and strengthen hair at the level of its structure. This composition works independently and as a “substrate” for hot or cold procedures.

Felps SOS Restorer revives chemically damaged hair by strengthening bonds within the middle layers and further maintaining elasticity and strength. As a “substrate”, this composition is used for express restoration of hair of 3-4 degrees of damage and as protection against further thermal exposure during hot procedures.

The term of wear (subject to compliance with the rules of home care) is from 3 to 4 weeks.
