2. Purpose of the Contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate contractual relationships for the sale of goods between keratin-europa.com and the user at the time the user makes the relevant decision during the online contract conclusion process.

3. Contract Conclusion Procedure

4. Guarantees
The user can review specific guarantees for each product in the technical product description. In case of defective products purchased in our store, contact us, and we will provide information about guarantees. The manufacturer of the product provides warranty obligations, not Stepul Trade.
Furthermore, a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee is in effect from the date of purchase; keratin-europa.com is not responsible for defects that may arise within two years from the date of product delivery; The user must inform keratin-europa.com of any product issues within two months of their discovery.
Naturally, the warranty does not cover damages caused by the user unrelated to product manufacturing.
5. Shipping and Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from payment confirmation.
Orders with payment confirmation before 17:00 on each working day will be prepared and shipped the same working day, following the order of receipt, meaning orders placed earlier will be shipped first. In rare cases, if the shipment queue is extensive, shipping might occur the next day. However, if the order is a priority category, it will be included in the preparation queue, and shipping will occur on the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 will be prepared on the next working day.
We do not deliver on weekends and holidays.
Keratin Europe has partnered with the best transport company available for each destination point, but cannot guarantee that delivery times will always be met; delays are possible in exceptional cases. (If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, processing will start on the first following working day).
6. Delivery Options
All prices include VAT. Orders are only delivered on working days.
Delivery is carried out by Dpd, Dhl, Post, NL. Delivery cost depends on the chosen option. Delivery time: 3-4 working days You will receive an SMS notification to collect the order at your chosen office.
7. Prices and Payment Methods

8. Damaged or Defective Goods and Our Errors
Despite our efforts to ensure all products are sent correctly and in perfect condition, errors and transport-related damages can occur in rare cases. If a product is damaged or an error occurs, we will refund the full product cost, delivery cost charged upon order acceptance, and return postage cost.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item you sent was damaged or faulty prior to receipt or if we made an error on our side.
