The shipping cost for each country is fixed and corresponds to the shipping cost for 10 kg.
Shipment is carried out on the day when the funds enter our bank account.
Delivery time for each country is different, usually it takes from 2 to 7 days.
What is the delivery time for items not in stock?
Usually, you can only order items that are in stock.
However, it is possible that the item is out of stock.
If so, you will always be informed by email.
We then wait with shipment until your order is completed, or a maximum of 3 business days.
If your order is not completed within 3 working days, we will already ship the goods from our warehouse.
The missing item will be sent later, if this is not possible, the purchase amount of the item will be refunded within 10 business days. If you wish to cancel an order because the respective item is out of stock, this is of course possible free of charge.

When can I expect my order?
Orders are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and do not ship on holidays.
How will my package be sent?
All parcels for the Netherlands are shipped via DPD.
For other countries, we can ship by DHL or DPD.
What happens if my order cannot be delivered?
If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, we will be required to charge a shipping fee for reshipment.
The client is responsible for the correct filling of the address data. When your order is returned due to non-collection, the shipping fee will also be charged for reshipping.
If DPD is unable to deliver the package to your home or neighbors, they will deliver it to a DPD service point.
If our delivery service makes a mistake during delivery, we will, of course, bear the cost of reshipping.
